Store Settings Overview
Who this is for
Admins and managers who maintain shop-specific settings in HQ.
Before you start
- Select the correct brand.
- Confirm which shop you are editing.
- Confirm whether the change is meant for one shop only or should be repeated elsewhere.
What this section is for
Store Settings controls the setup that belongs to a specific physical shop.
Use this section when you need to manage:
- shop identity and receipt details
- workday schedule and periods
- device setup for the location

- Workday Schedule: define business-day timing and service periods.
- Device Settings: register store hardware and terminal-related setup.
- System Parameters: manage advanced shop behavior and technical configuration.
- Tables & Floorplan: define sections, tables, and the table map.
Common tasks
- Open a new shop: start with Info Settings, then Workday Schedule, then Device Settings.
- Fix late-night reporting dates: review Workday Schedule.
- Update table layout for dine-in service: use Tables & Floorplan.
- Check store hardware records: use Device Settings.
What changes after you save
Most Store Settings changes are shop-level. They should be verified in that shop after saving.
Pay extra attention to Workday Schedule, System Parameters, and Device Settings. Those changes can affect live operations, so test them before editing more settings.
If something goes wrong
- Confirm you edited the correct shop.
- Compare the current value with the previous screenshot or note.
- Check whether the same change also needs to be repeated in another shop.
When to ask owner/admin
- The change affects multiple shops and you do not know whether it should be repeated.
- The setting changes POS behavior, payments, or receipt output.
- You need to edit
System Parameterswithout a known safe value.
