Brand-level​

Brand-level 設定 是 shared setup records that 可以 be reused across multiple shops.

Typical examples:

  • 菜單 品項
  • 分類
  • discounts
  • promotions
  • base 付款 方式 definitions
  • 收據品牌及標誌設定

Brand-level does not always mean every 店舖 uses the 設定 automatically. A 稍後 shop-level enable step may still be 需要.

Shop-level​

Shop-level 設定 套用 到 one physical location.

Typical examples:

  • 工作日排程
  • 店舖 資訊
  • 裝置設定
  • 桌台 及 區塊
  • shop-specific availability or rollout 選項

Channel-specific​

Channel-specific 設定 affect a 客戶-facing or operational 渠道 rather than every 流程.

Typical examples:

  • 網上點餐 display
  • 渠道 mapping
  • call-到-action banners
  • translation text 供 客戶-facing flows

使用者-specific​

使用者-specific 設定 套用 僅 到 one HQ account or one POS 使用者 記錄.

常見例子：

  • 個人檔案設定
  • 帳戶安全設定
  • HQ 工作區成員及業務存取權
  • POS 使用者登入方式

在儲存任何變更前，先回答以下問題：

  1. 我現在編輯的是共用記錄，還是單一店舖記錄？
  2. 如果這是共用記錄，之後是否仍需要在店舖層級啟用？
  3. 我是否需要在 POS、HQ、網上點餐，還是三者都驗證結果？
  4. 如果我現在儲存，會否影響現場營運？
