What this screen is for
Online Orders helps you monitor online order status and process pickup workflow actions.
Main views
- Server
- Pickup
Shows server connection and order processing counters/status (Pending, Processing, Completed, Error, Info).
Shows pickup orders and action buttons such as View, Reject, Accept, Prepare, Pick up, and Create.
Steps
- Tap
Online Ordersin the left menu. - Choose
ServerorPickup. - Review current order statuses.
- Open target order and apply required action (
Accept,Prepare,Pick up, etc.). - Confirm list status updates after action.
Accept, Reject, Prepare, and Pick up use Online order operations permission. Create uses ODO pickup orders permission.

ServerandPickuptabs at top- Status and list refresh behavior based on current tab

If something goes wrong
Refresh once, verify internet, then retry the action.
Permission deniedAsk a manager/admin to check your POS user group in HQ POS Users. Do not process the online order from another staff account unless store policy allows it.
When to ask manager/admin
- Orders are stuck in one status after retry
- Channel/pickup actions are missing for expected orders
- POS shows
