Cannot Sign In
- Confirm username/password.
- Confirm account active status.
- Confirm network connectivity.
- Escalate to admin if lockout is suspected.
Payment Fails
- Verify payment provider connectivity.
- Retry with same method once.
- Try alternate payment method.
- Record error code and escalate if repeated.
Data Not Synced to Client
- Confirm publish completed in HQ.
- Refresh client terminal sync.
- Confirm branch assignment and effective date.
- Escalate with product ID and timestamp details.

Capture these fields before opening support ticket:
- User role and account

- Timestamp (with timezone)
