Access and Navigation

Objective

Help first-time users access the system and understand basic navigation.

Access Checklist

  1. Confirm your role with administrator.
  2. Confirm your account is active.
  3. Confirm your branch/store assignment.
  4. Confirm required hardware is connected (for Client app usage).

Client App Entry

  1. Launch the POS X1 Client application.
  2. Enter your credentials.
  3. Select branch/store if prompted.
  4. Confirm terminal status is online.

HQ Entry

  1. Open the HQ URL provided by your administrator.
  2. Sign in with your account.
  3. Verify branch and role context in the top navigation.

  • Add real login screen screenshots for Client and HQ.
  • Add SSO or MFA steps if enabled in production.
